Grolsch Weizen

Weissbier from the Netherlands which is surprisingly average aroma and taste wise. It may be the fact that I bought it in Romania (and we know from the Guinness that the country you buy your beer really has to do with the quality), but I expected more from a Grolsch beer... Pours an unclear orange color with a medium sized, frothy, mostly lasting white head. Aroma is weak malt, yeast, wheat, while the flavor is moderate sweet, yeast, banana, fruity notes. Short and light bitter finish, medium carbonation. I had in my life much better weiss biers.
