There are just a very few interesting things in my adoptive hometown, and having our own, real craft beer brewery is one of them. I had the pleasure to be one of the firsts to taste the Poet of Pale Ale (their first product), back like one year ago during a beer tasting at @whitehorsemures. Since then, they created many different beers (IPA, NEPA), but of all, I strongly believe this is their flagship (or at least it should be). It's unfiltered, pours a hazy tutti-frutti like color with a nice white, medium lasting head. Smells like a huge basket of tropical fruit, it's taste is a bitter chaos of citrus style fruits, full of rich hops, and the aftertaste is a long duration bitter bitter bitterness. Full bodied, really enjoyable, could drink it all night. A real pleasant pleasure.
